Q:Which kind of invoice can be issued?
A:All invoices are ordinary invoices。
Q:Will it be an electronic or paper invoice?
A:Paper invoices are issued for purchases made prior to the show, and flat-rate paper invoices can be provided for services purchased temporarily on the exhibition site, or paper invoices can be issued when the exhibition is over.
Q:How do I invoice a car service?
A:The car service will be provided directly by Shanghai Mingshi Conference Service Co., Ltd, a third party company appointed by the exhibition, please communicate with Shanghai Mingshi Conference Service Co., Ltd. for invoice requirements.
Q:How do I invoice?
A:When customers pay, please make sure to write down the correct name and mobile phone number in the comment column of the payment page, so that the customer service representative of the exhibition can check the payment record. Please send the screenshot of the payment, company name and tax ID number to the customer service representative of the exhibition after the payment is completed, and provide the invoice to the customer after the invoicing is completed.

Refunds and Changes
1. In case of cancellation, change of date or venue of CDATF 2025, or in case the customer's city is unable to travel to the exhibition due to the epidemic restriction, the purchased products can be applied for free refund. Other than this, please refer to the following 2-4 for the refund policy.
2. On-site purchased services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. The car service is provided directly by the third party company appointed by the exhibition, Shanghai Mingshi Conference Services Co.
4. Refund requests for pre-show purchaseservices will be accepted from 9:00 to 18:00 every Monday to Friday, and will not be accepted on public holidays.
5. Please refer to the separate refund policy for car pick-up and drop-off services.
6. On-site purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
